| Huo River 2-level Power Plant has equipment
capacity of 9100 kilowatt, guaranteed exertion 2870
kilowatt; Huo River outfall 3-level Power Plant
has equipment capacity of 3750 kilowatt, guaranteed
exertion 1107 kilowatt. The plant is equipped with
10 sets of electricity-generating equipment and
5 sets of pressure-raising transformer with capacity
1660 kv as well as a 33.6 km long 35 kv power line.
The reservoir capacity of the power plant is 102,000,000
cubic meters. It is a plant in the rear of the dam.
The appraised value of the power plant assets is
85 million Yuan. The selling price is 70 million

the whole valley. Total capacity of all equipment
to be installed is 15750 kw, actual fixable equipment

gross capital is 180.03 million Yuan. Actual electricity-generating
volume per annum is 50,000,000 KW/h, revenue is
over 21 million Yuan. In principle, the price of
external transferring is to be determined according
to the appraised value. |

| The construction of central-heating and thermoelectricity
joint generation project of Shiyan city started
at the end of 1996; it is listed in the category
of national debt fund support in 1998; acquired
additional national debt fund support in 1999; No.1
furnace, No.1 machine and 1st stage heat network
were constructed in December 1999 and network supply
of electricity was achieved, the price is 0.47 Yuan
per KW/h, external supply of heating steam was achieved
as well. No.2 and No. 3 furnaces were set up and
put into use in June, 2000; No. 2 machine was put
into use in May 2001; the electrostatic dust catcher
of No.1 furnace started operating in July 2001.
Therefore, the capacity with 3 furnaces and two
machines came into being and the accumulative investment
215.5 million was fulfilled. Currently the project
is operating normally. |
